Security Upgrade Login Downtime

Login issues happened twice this week because of their backend security upgrading work. Couldn't enter the lobby during lunch break, quite wasting time for me. Inside the games everything runs perfectly fine though.

Missed Bonus Checkbox Entry

I had a slight bonus misunderstanding regarding the free weekend credit event. I didn't know must manually select the promotion tick box before keying in my deposit amount. Missed out the bonus round this time.

Withdrawal waiting time expected faster clearance since the name is Padu right. Took about forty-five minutes to reach my bank wallet, not super slow but definitely just standard average speed only.

User interface design is quite simple, very easy for beginners to find everything. My minor complaint is that the live casino streams sometimes delay a few seconds compared to real time.
