There are enough options available for different preferences. Navigation felt a bit confusing at first, but I eventually got used to it. The platform is quite okay overall.
Customer support helped me out quickly when my session disconnected during a live game. The agent checked my log data and confirmed the round went through properly. The user interface still needs minor polishing.
