Promotion terms have quite a few specific game exclusions that can be improved for better visibility. I mistakenly played an excluded game while trying to finish my turnover targets.
Customer support reply is quite polite but sometimes need to wait a bit. Navigation on the website is okay but not very intuitive for first time user. Overall experience still decent lah.
