Customer support replies quite fast when you message them. Sadly, the live chat agent didn't really give a clear answer to my question about the loyalty points. It was a bit frustrating but acceptable.
Promotion details not very clear, I misunderstood the requirement initially. Support explained later but response took time, overall average experience.
